Roderick “Rod” Williams is a Monroe native, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to service and development. A graduate of Richwood High School, Rod earned his Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation and later completed his Master’s degree in Software Engineering at Alcorn State University in Mississippi.
He is married to Aden Williams. Rod has two very smart and talented kids, Tayler and Tyler. As a business owner and employer, Rod is passionate about strengthening the local economy and creating opportunities within the community.
Outside of his professional work, he enjoys reading, playing golf, and investing time in initiatives that uplift others. His purpose is rooted in service, striving to pour positive energy into the next generation and help position Monroe for continued growth and success.
